Located on E 6th Street directly across from campus, our two charming duplex homes are perfect for families, friend groups, campus visitors, game day weekends, graduation, the Gem Show, or extended stays.

The Space

The Wildcat House includes two separate, private units at the same property. Each home has its own entrance, living spaces, kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms, designed to feel simple, clean, and functional for groups.

These homes are especially popular for:

• Graduation & campus visits

• Family trips (more space than a hotel)

• Friends traveling together

Both homes were built in 1921 and still carry that classic Tucson feel, with thoughtful updates for comfort. If you love staying somewhere with real character, but still want a clean, easy setup close to everything: this is it !

Home Details:

• 916 E 6th St: 3BD / 2BA, approx. 1,800 SF, sleeps up to 6

• 918 E 6th St: 4BD / 2BA, approx. 2,477 SF, sleeps up to 8

BEDROOMS & BATH:

Both homes are set up for comfortable group sleeping with simple, functional bedrooms and updated bathrooms. You’ll find plenty of space to spread out, unpack, and recharge, whether you’re here for a quick weekend or an extended stay.

  Four-bedroom layout with cozy living room & 2 renovated bathrooms

• 916 (3BD): King + 2 Queens + 2 Twin XL

  Three-bedroom layout with plenty of space for students, families, or couples traveling together

Bathrooms are stocked with the basics (fresh towels and essentials), and both units are designed to be easy to use for groups.

KITCHEN & DINING:

Each home includes a fully equipped kitchen for easy meals at home, perfect for breakfasts before a campus tour or late-night snacks after a game.

You’ll have what you need to cook, dine, and keep things simple, plus a coffee setup so mornings start right before you head out to explore Tucson.

Parking is available on-site, and the location makes it easy to do Tucson on foot. Walk to campus and surrounding hotspots, or hop in the car for quick access to Downtown, local trailheads, and everything else the city has to offer.
